The Role
We are looking for a motivated Termotecnico Junior to join our facilities office in Camerano. This position offers a structured training path that will enable you to gain full autonomy in supporting technical and administrative activities under the guidance of the office manager. You will have the opportunity to participate in the design of thermal systems, prepare technical documents and calculation reports, assist with energy-related procedures, incentives, and certifications such as APE and Legge 10, and collaborate with an experienced project team. On-site inspections may occasionally be required to support project execution.

Who We Are Looking For
This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with a diploma in Termotecnico, or a degree in Energy Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with an energy focus. Basic knowledge of thermotechnical design software, such as AutoCAD, and familiarity with calculation tools is preferred. The ideal candidate is precise, reliable, eager to learn, and capable of working in a collaborative team environment. Prior experience is not required, as the role is designed to develop junior talent through practical training.
