The Role
Tecnocasa is looking for motivated individuals to join its team in central Rome, in areas including Trieste, Salario, Villa Torlonia, Coppedè, Centro Storico, Porta Pia, Parioli, and Pinciano. This role is perfect for anyone passionate about real estate and eager to start building a career with clear, achievable growth paths. You will work directly with clients, managing multiple opportunities, learning the industry hands-on, and contributing to a dynamic and supportive team environment.
What We Offer
The position provides a guaranteed monthly salary of €1,250 for the first three months. Afterward, employees transition to a Partita IVA arrangement, earning a fixed monthly amount of €1,000 combined with 10% commission on sales and immediate performance-based bonuses.
